Who I am

I’m Lennert; a big thinker, doer, and communicator with a Bachelor’s in Commercial Communications and Events. Growing up in a small town in Belgium, I knew my ambitions were far bigger than my surroundings. That realization led me to travel the world, immerse myself in different cultures, and develop the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Communication wasn’t always my strength, but I turned it into my superpower through practice, coaching, and studying personality psychology and NLP, mastering language patterns to build trust and drive change.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and performance, constantly exploring fitness, mindset, and growth to elevate myself and others.

I’m not here to settle for “good enough.” I’m here to create real impact, help others achieve the impossible, and deliver bold, consistent results.
